By registering on or using the InS24 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions along with our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all visitors, buyers, sellers, farmers, and veterinary professionals using the platform.

To use InS24, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent.
• Be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law.
• Not be barred from receiving services under any applicable law or regulation.
• Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information.

When creating an account on InS24, you agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activities conducted under your account.
• Not share your account with any third party.
• Provide truthful profile information (Farmer, Seller, Veterinary Expert).

InS24 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating these obligations.

InS24 provides a platform for buying and selling livestock (Pashu), feed (Aahar), equipment (Upkaran), products (Utpad), and medicines/treatments (Upchar). Users must:

• Comply with all applicable Indian laws regarding livestock trade.
• Not list stolen, diseased, or prohibited animals or products.
• Provide accurate descriptions, health records, and photographs.
• Honor confirmed transactions and not engage in price manipulation.
• Treat all parties with respect and professionalism.

All transactions processed through InS24 are subject to the following conditions:

• Payments are processed through our secure, third-party payment gateway.
• InS24 charges a platform commission fee on completed transactions.
• Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
• Sellers are responsible for applicable taxes on their earnings.
• InS24 is not responsible for payment disputes between buyers and sellers.

Users who post listings, reviews, or any content on InS24 agree that:

• All content must be truthful and not misleading.
• Content must not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
• Obscene, hateful, or defamatory content is strictly prohibited.
• InS24 reserves the right to remove any content without prior notice.
• You grant InS24 a non-exclusive license to use your listing content for promotional purposes.

InS24 connects farmers with verified veterinary professionals. Please note:

• Veterinary consultations on the platform are for informational purposes only.
• InS24 does not employ veterinarians directly — they are independent professionals.
• Always seek in-person veterinary care for serious livestock health issues.
• Veterinary professionals must hold valid licenses as per Indian law (VCIPMC/State Boards).
• InS24 is not liable for outcomes resulting from advice given through the platform.

InS24 is committed to protecting your personal information. By using our platform:

• You consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Your data will not be sold to third parties without your consent.
• Location data may be used to connect you with nearby buyers, sellers, or veterinarians.
• We comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable data protection regulations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• InS24 acts solely as an intermediary marketplace and is not a party to buyer-seller transactions.
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
• InS24 does not guarantee the quality, health, or legality of listed animals or products.
• Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the transaction value of the specific order in dispute.

InS24 may suspend or permanently terminate your account if you:

• Violate any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.
• Harass or threaten other users or staff.
• Repeatedly receive negative ratings or complaints.

Users may also delete their account at any time through account settings. Pending transactions must be resolved before account closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jharkhand, India. We encourage resolution of disputes through our in-platform dispute resolution mechanism before pursuing legal action.
